SBDC IS HERE TO HELP OUR BUSINESSES

Welcome to the Los Alamos office of the New Mexico Small Business Development Network. All confidential counseling that we do with entrepreneurs and established business owners is at no cost. The first step in becoming a client of the SBDC is to click on the “Counseling” tab at the upper right corner of your screen. After the page refreshes, simply scroll down until you see in red lettering, “Request for counseling” and click. That will take you to our client intake portal. Once you create an account and sign at the last step, we can schedule a consultation.

We can help you to work through tough decisions and help you to find creative solutions. Whatever your needs, we are here to help you navigate the current business climate. Fortunately, with our many offices around the state, if we don’t know an answer, we can generally find an answer for you.

SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER AT UNM LOS ALAMOS

The Small Business Development Center is here to help the entrepreneur with their small business needs. Whether it be starting or financing your small business, the SBDC offers a wide range of education and expertise to help you along the road towards entrepreneurial success. We serve the communities of Los Alamos County including White Rock. We are newly located on the campus of UNM-Los Alamos and we are committed to serving the entrepreneurial needs of Los Alamos County. We offer no cost counseling and low cost trainings that include one-on-one Business Counseling in such areas as business planning, business start-up/acquisition, market planning and research, basic bookkeeping including QuickBooks, cash flow analysis, and understanding financial statements.
